Water
quality meeting
was held on April 30. Dr. Lenore Tedesco gave spoke about the various
types of algae including the blue green toxic algae which concerns
those of us that use Morse and/or Geist reservoir. Dr. Tedesco and
her staff from IUPUI Center for Earth and Environmental Science with
funding from Veolia Water reviewed the Morse algae study results from
last year. She and her team are conducting the same research this
year to better understand the sources of algae. To view her Dr.
tedesco’s presentation go to this web site and click on Morse
